Due to the nature of second hand items, all items are final sale.

Each item will have a description of any flaws so that you know exactly what you are purchasing.

If you believe there were any discrepancies (definitely human and make mistakes/ miss some things), please message me within 14 days of receiving item(s).

We ship to Canada and the United States.

If you’re outside of these countries, please reach out and we can provide you with a custom shipping price!

Shipping is expensive, and I am unable to offer exact shipping at this time. Shipping toys is tricky because they are all unique sizes and weights. This keeps things simple and manageable for me. 

For orders to Canada - shipping is $20 when you spend less than $100 and $10 when you spend more than $100.

For orders to the United States - shipping is $15 USD.

I am able to hold a box for shipping at a later date. Please write HOLD BOX in the notes section. You can add to your box at any time. Just make a note at checkout that you have an open shipping box and choose local pickup option.

Only $20 boxes are available for this add-on option. Orders that are over $100 will be shipped right away.

Due to the rise of lettermail costs, this is no longer an option. Please reach out if you have any questions.

If you selected local pickup, check your email for pickup instructions. It varies by pickup location.

In general, items will be ready for pickup:

• Kitchener - next business day or earlier
• Waterloo - within a week
• Hamilton/ Brantford/ Cambridge/ Ancaster/ Burlington - within a month as we meet once a month to swap (feel free to reach out via email or Instagram when the next swap date is!)
